In the present paper, a model based on adaptive network-based fuzzy inference systems (ANFIS) for predicting ductile to brittle transition temperature of functionally graded steels in both crack divider and crack arrester configurations has been presented. Functionally graded steels containing graded ferritic and austenitic regions together with bainite and martensite intermediate layers were produced by electroslag remelting. To build the model, training and testing using experimental results from 140 specimens were conducted. The used data as inputs in ANFIS models are arranged in a format of six parameters that cover the FGS type, the crack tip configuration, the thickness of graded ferritic region, the thickness of graded austenitic region, the distance of the notch from bainite or martensite intermediate layer and temperature. According to these input parameters, in the ANFIS models, the ductile to brittle transition temperature of each FGS specimen was predicted. The training and testing results in the ANFIS models have shown a strong potential for predicting the ductile to brittle transition temperature of each FGS specimen. 相似文献

In this paper, the wave propagation and transient response of an infinite functionally graded plate under a point impact load in thermal environments are studied. The thermal effects and temperature-dependent material properties are taken into account. The temperature field considered is assumed to be a uniform distribution over the plate surface and varies in the thickness direction only. Material properties are assumed to be temperature-dependent, and graded in the thickness direction according to a simple power law distribution in terms of the volume fractions of the constituents. Considering the effects of transverse shear deformation and rotary inertia, the governing equations of the wave propagation in the functionally graded plate are derived from Hamilton’s principle. The analytic dispersion relation of the functionally graded plate is obtained by means of integral transforms and a complete discussion of dispersion for the functionally graded plate is given. Using the dispersion relation and integral transforms, exact integral solutions of the functionally graded plate under a point impact load in thermal environments are obtained. The influences of the volume fraction distributions and temperature field on the wave propagation and transient response of functionally graded plates are discussed in detail. The results carried out can be used in the ultrasonic inspection techniques and provide a theoretical basis for engineering applications. 相似文献

采用状态空间法分析了两边简支的含压电夹层的功能梯度梁的静力弯曲和自由振动问题.为了考虑中间压电层与上、下功能梯度层之间的粘结效果,采用线性弹簧模型以模拟界面性能.假设上下功能梯度层的材料参数沿厚度连续变化,而压电层则是均匀材料,并且它们都是正交各向异性的.由于功能梯度梁的不均匀性使得直接求解比较困难,文中用层合模型来进行近似.数值算例中,分别考虑了压电层用于传感器或作动器的情形,分析了粘结界面完美程度对组合梁静力弯曲和自由振动频率的影响. 相似文献

Let M be a finite module, and let I be an arbitrary ideal over a Noetherian local ring. We define the generalized Hilbert function of I on M using the zeroth local cohomology functor. We show that our definition reconciliates with that of Ciuperc?. By generalizing Singh's formula (which holds in the case of λ(M/IM) < ∞), we prove that the generalized Hilbert coefficients 𝔧0,…, 𝔧 d?2 are preserved under a general hyperplane section, where d = dim M. We also keep track of the behavior of 𝔧 d?1. Then we apply these results to study the generalized Hilbert function for ideals that have minimal j-multiplicity or almost minimal j-multiplicity. We provide counterexamples to show that the generalized Hilbert series of ideals having minimal or almost minimal j-multiplicity does not have the ‘expected’ shape described in the case where λ(M/IM) < ∞.
